In Insidious: The Last Key, Elise receives a phone call from a man who believes that his house is haunted. Elise thinks of it as her normal job which is to go and investigate but soon she finds it to be more sinister and scary than she thought it would be. It turns out that the haunted house is her own childhood spooky house where she has so many terrifying memories. She now has to face her biggest fear by going into that house again. So technically this is the first movie of the Insidious series. Audience were first introduced to the Lambert family in this movie. Lambert’s son, Dalton, was now being tortured by a demon. Insidious: The Red Door is the most recent movie in the series. We get back to the Lambert family. Dalton is now ready to go off to college. But the thought of him being away from his family for the first time starts to loosen the childhood memories which he had repressed. In this movie, the lambert’s story like is wrapped up.
